The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) contingent in Myanmar assisting in earthquake search and rescue operations worked with local rescuers to help free a man trapped underneath concrete slabs in a three-storey residential building in Zebuthiri Township in Naypyidaw. The building had partially collapsed after the 7.7-magnitude quake on Friday (Mar 28).
